The MyTeleMed iPhone app enables doctors to securely manage their medical messages in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the protection of Personal Health Information (PHI).

Functionality:

 <li>Patients connect through a dedicated number that directs them to the TeleMed answering service, operational 24/7, 365 days a year. Messages are then relayed to doctors via the app. Additionally, doctors can liaise directly with customer service via phone or email through the app.</li>
 <li>Upon receiving a new patient message, doctors using the MyTeleMed app are promptly notified through push notifications. By clicking on the notification, doctors can access patient messages within the app. Each message includes details regarding severity, message content, and call-back information. Comments and call-backs from doctors are documented with timestamps and call durations, with an option to record calls.</li>
 <li>For enhanced message delivery reliability, TeleMed offers a customized escalation process that reiterates messages or contacts alternate recipients based on predetermined timelines. Users can manage their escalation protocols either on the website or by contacting a TeleMed service representative by phone.</li>
